除了眼睛可以看到的支出是cost，你的资金成本，时间成本，机会成本也要算。比较钱不是多到随便花的地步

谢谢，我比较关注的就是land tax，我去看看墨尔本地区的land tax是怎么charge的

看我们这里有一块近900的空地，割一次草应该也不便宜

还有council 搞基建和环境保护项目的各种levy....和council rate一起交，按照土地估价的百分比收

有贷款可以。
还有你自己的钱如果没用来买这块地，可以让你offset账户里面的金额增加，进而少付的银行利息。

税法改了，若是个人持有，除非例外情况，一般持有空地产生的费用已经不能在卖地的时候做为cost base抵扣了，https://www.ato.gov.au/General/P ... ns-for-vacant-land/
